Life Lately Vol. 6 Where Have I Been?

"Life is like riding a bicycle.
To keep your balance, you must keep moving."
Albert Einstein

It's been 4 years since I last posted anything in this blog, I even almost lost it, yet somehow I keep holding on to this website. It has a special place in my heart, a lot of memories and emotions have been poured into this website and I'm not ready to give it up just yet. I know I've said it before too (I know I've said it A LOT) but I'm really gonna try to post more this time. I PROMISE.

In the meantime, let me bring you up to speed about what's been going on with my life.

My Japan Bucket List

I was looking through my blog notes in the hopes of feeling motivated to write again when I saw this list I made almost two years ago. I have crossed out some of the things in my list but I still have a lot to do. 2020 and this year haven't been very giving, but since Japan has approved and is slowly rolling out vaccines maybe there is hope soon. Be Part of Art: My Art In Island Birthday Adventure

www.sparklewanderandeat.com

This year has been full of blessings for my blog and my Youtube Channel and this month rained blessings on me. It’s my birthday month and I’ve just celebrated my  (5 x 3 + 5 / 2 +18 – 4) birthday (do the Math lol) last September 15. It was supposed to be the day of Wish Card’s Bloggers’ Meet 2018 and I was so excited to celebrate my birthday there but Ompong really just need to come and ruin it all.

Trivia: It rains on my birthday every year. I tell yah, EVERY YEAR.

Anyway, the event date was moved and thankfully it didn’t rain on us. We all got there dry and all prepped up for Wish Card’s Bloggers’ Meet 2018! Where? ART IN ISLAND of course!

Books will always be my first love. Since I was in elementary reading has always been one of my favorite hobbies. When I learned of The Book Museum, I just knew that my bookworm heart had to get there. So I did.

The Book Museum cum Ethnology Center is the first of its kind in Asia. It features not only a great variety of amazing books but also a collection of well-preserved and precious artifacts from Northern and Southern Part of the Philippines.
