Okay, so I didn't do as I promised that I will be doing a reading every week. I have to apologize but it's just that I couldn't think or a question or topic for my reading. I guess I've also been busy with so much other things I need to accomplish (which I will update you guys about on my other blog posts eventually). But since I love you guys and I have promised as well, I have finally decided on my topic for this week which is:
How can I manage the stress I feel now?
As I have mention earlier on on this blog post, I have been busy with work and other things that it just gets too stressful sometimes. I enjoy the things I do for sure, but things can get tiring and other personal problems you need to deal with can sometimes be too much. Magical girls get stressed too, you know?
31. Look to the Stars

Back when I used to live in Hitachi, whenever I would feel stressed (which is everyday when I worked there lol) I would just look up at the stars to relax myself. Hitachi being in the countryside has a beautiful night sky full of stars. It relaxes me and reminds me of the time I used to live in the province with my mom where there is no air and light pollution so you can clearly see the stars in the sky. A nice thought to look back too and makes me feel home. Maybe this is just a way to tell me to stop, look around, relax and breathe.
Yokohama being in the Greater Tokyo Area, I couldn't see as much stars. Maybe I should go on a hike somewhere to see stars. It's a very nice time to do so specially since Sprint Time is approaching. Don't you think?
30. Look for Fairies

Before I start writing my interpretation for this card, I just want to say: I have a weird way of interpreting how the cards are connected to my life. So please don't ask me why. It's just is.
I recently started playing Pokemon Go again because of my friend Alex. He got me into playing it again after four years of ignoring the game. Since I live in Japan now, I get to see more Pokemon that I probably couldn't catch back home. It's a chance for me to go out and explore new places around me. I've been living in Yokohama for almost a year now but there are still a lot of places I haven't explored yet. Maybe this is the chance for me to go out more, and the fairies I need to look for are Pokemon!
6. Build Strength

I've been putting off exercising for months now. I know I need it but I never have the motivation to continue. I even bought exercise equipments. Ugh.
According to Mayo Clinic, exercise increases your overall health and your sense of well-being. It may help bump up production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters call endorphins.
I think this is the Universe' way of telling me to exercise. Since it's starting to get warmer, I guess I could try to start exercising again? Maybe I'll start with running and playing Pokemon Go to hatch some eggs. lol I'd definitely would not recommend that.
