MISSHA Super Aqua Detoxifying Peeling Gel Review

An officemate who went to Korea this year came back with loads of K-Beauty Products. I happen to be looking for a good exfoliator that time and she was selling one of these. I am always in doubt with peeling products because I think they don’t really do a great job in peeling (and at times it doesn’t really 'peel' at all) but this one did an awesome job!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

I normally cleanse my face and make sure it’s dried up nicely. This is important to note if you want best results! I put a small amount on my fingers and massage it on my face in circular motions. While massaging, you will notice that small white balls will form which are your dead skin!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT

• It is super easy and convenient to use since it is a pain to exfoliate

• It smells nice – not too strong

• A little goes a long way (you only need a few drops and you’re good to go

• Nice and handy packaging

WHAT I DON’T LIKE ABOUT IT

As of now, I have no negative feedback about this product.

VERDICT

Like what I mentioned, I am really skeptical of peeling products, but this one really hit the spot (my face, actually). After using it, I noticed my face became really smooth to touch. I tell you this, I don’t have smooth skin at all, but after using this, my skin is as smooth as after having a facial from the derma (kinda like baby-smooth skin!). I noticed my face became brighter too, I even asked my dad to try it and he looked so fresh afterwards. My dad has dark skin and his face looked so much brighter after exfoliating with this gel.

I am also scared of exfoliating before since my skin is acne-prone and sensitive, I am afraid I would burn my skin with harsh ingredients and scrub it will worsen my already imperfect skin. This exfoliating gel didn’t have any burning sensation, in fact it felt so refreshing and satisfying as well when you see those small balls forming which means that it sloughs away dead skin cells.

Overall I love MISSHA Super Aqua Detoxifying Peeling Gel and I will surely buy again (but I doubt it will be anytime soon since you only use a very small amount when you use it).
