Be Part of Art: My Art In Island Birthday Adventure

This year has been full of blessings for my blog and my Youtube Channel and this month rained blessings on me. It’s my birthday month and I’ve just celebrated my  (5 x 3 + 5 / 2 +18 – 4) birthday (do the Math lol) last September 15. It was supposed to be the day of Wish Card’s Bloggers’ Meet 2018 and I was so excited to celebrate my birthday there but Ompong really just need to come and ruin it all.

Trivia: It rains on my birthday every year. I tell yah, EVERY YEAR.

Anyway, the event date was moved and thankfully it didn’t rain on us. We all got there dry and all prepped up for Wish Card’s Bloggers’ Meet 2018! Where? ART IN ISLAND of course!

But before anything else, what is Wish Card’s Bloggers’ Meet? Bloggers from different parts of the Philippines with different niches were gathered by Wish 107.5 for a day of fun at Art In Island. But it’s not only that, we signed a contract which actually means I am now an official blogger of Wish 107.5! I think this is the best birthday gift ever!

I was a bit nervous when I got there because I really didn’t know anyone, but I met new blogger friends there (shoutout to Rina Writes! I miss you already, let’s collab again soon!) and some I also had collabs with before (hi, Iron Xpress! I hope to see you again!) and it was tons of fun!

This is actually my second time in Art in Island, my first time was when we had our school trip (I was a class adviser back then) but even so, this 3D art museum still didn’t fail to amaze me. I am usually an awkward potato when posing for the camera but I think that awkwardness made the photos we took in Art in Island really great.

The Museum has 11 different zones you can explore:
1. Optical Illusion Zone
2. Object Art Zone
3. Fantasy Zone
4. Religion Zone
5. Masterpiece Zone
6. Central Hall
7. Animal Zone
8. Aqua Zone
9. Winter Zone
10. Christmas Zone
11. Love Zone

There are just a few museum reminders you must follow:

• SHOES OFF FIRST!

Wearing shoes inside the museum is not allowed. You will be asked to remove your shoes and can either wear your socks or go barefoot as you explore the museum. (They do have some foot socks though if you don't want to take off your shoes! )

• USE THE PHOTO POINTS!

Art in Island has put on some “Photo Point” stickers that will be your guide in taking those amazing shots and to maximize the magical appeal of the 3D paintings!

• BE AS WACKY AND AS CRAZY AS YOU WANT!

I never had this much fun on a photoshoot ever. I enjoyed going crazy in posing with the interactive artworks that made me feel I’m truly in a different world. Good thing I had Rina with me who took good pictures of me there. Thanks, Rina!

They have a small souvenir shop there where you can buy some items and take them home as pasalubong or just a reminder for the fun day you had there. I bought a ref magnet and it now fits nicely on our refrigerator.
